Senior Software Engineer - Frontend Developer Experience

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build the foundational scaffolding that empowers our product teams to ship high-quality frontend work with speed and confidence. You will play a critical role in evolving our developer experience, ensuring our engineers stay in flow while delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen frontend foundations by evolving our React, TypeScript, and Vite infrastructure.
• Build and maintain automation tools, static analysis, and LLM-assisted workflows to improve developer productivity.
• Optimize testing platforms and CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and safe deployment cycles.
• Drive technical decisions by unifying metrics and observability across our developer tools.
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence by making the 'good path' the easiest path for the team.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of software development experience with a deep focus on frontend technologies.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional engineering projects and driving consensus.
• Strong background in modern frontend tooling, including build systems, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on being helpful and collaborative.
