Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new software services and features.
• Maintain and improve existing products through refactoring and documentation.
• Collaborate with technology teams and product managers to translate user needs into technical requirements and deliver on goals.
• Take ownership of entire systems and large software projects, implementing requirements with minimal guidance.
• Mentor junior team members and proactively identify and resolve software defects and security vulnerabilities.
• Create concise design documents and diagrams to communicate solutions effectively.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development, particularly creating responsive applications.
• Strong proficiency in Backend technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS, Python, RESTful APIs, Postgres/SQL, MongoDB/NoSQL, Redis, Message Queues, AWS, Docker.
• Strong proficiency in Frontend technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Redux, GraphQL, HTML/CSS.
• Experience with web security best practices (e.g., XSS, CSRF).
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
