Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (Web3)

About the Role

Join the Monad Foundation Engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (Web3) to design and build high-quality web applications that integrate seamlessly with web3 technologies and facilitate the adoption of the Monad blockchain.

Responsibilities

• Design and build performant applications involving blockchain interaction and data, contributing to both frontend and backend.
• Build dashboards to showcase network activity and popular applications.
• Build SDKs to make it easier for developers to interact with the blockchain.
• Build interfaces that simplify onboarding for new users to Monad.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a full stack engineer.
• 3+ years of experience at a web3 company.
• Expert in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js (or similar frameworks).
• Experience with wallet connectors, indexers, the Ethereum transaction lifecycle, and related Web3 APIs (e.g., web3.js).
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience working closely with design and developer teams to enhance user and developer experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
