About the Role

Join our innovative engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in Fullstack or Backend development within our critical Workflow Zone. You will play a pivotal role in designing and building robust, scalable systems that empower users through seamless automation and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of high-quality software solutions, from conceptualization to deployment, focusing on our workflow platform.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful features.
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews, advocating for best practices, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of our systems.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, contributing to the overall stability and health of our services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong background in either fullstack or backend engineering.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Go, Java, or Ruby.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design principles.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain highly scalable and resilient applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Work Arrangement
