Responsibilities

• Own and deliver strategic outcomes by driving the definition and execution of long-term technical goals.
• Shape architecture and technical strategy for large-scale data and backend systems, ensuring scalability and extensibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and design teams to define data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing and building large-scale data pipelines and distributed backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Kotlin.
• Proven track record of delivering high-volume, highly available systems using technologies like AWS, MySQL, Airflow, Spark, and Kubernetes.
• Experience defining technical strategies for complex, cross-team initiatives and navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence technical and product decisions.
