Senior Software Engineer, Growth

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, design, and build features to drive user adoption and engagement, particularly for trial users.
• Create and experiment with personalized onboarding experiences to ensure user success.
• Build systems to customize user onboarding and improve feature areas to reduce churn.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Ops, and other engineers.
• Contribute to setting the direction for the Growth Engineering team and product experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 2+ years of experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building full-stack web-based systems and features.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Prior experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on a Growth engineering team is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with user monitoring and analytics tooling.
• Project experience with TailwindCSS.
• Understanding of the Fleet management industry.
