About the Role

Join our Treasury team to build sophisticated financial products that help startups manage their cash with confidence. You will play a pivotal role in architecting scalable systems that handle billions in customer assets while delivering institutional-grade banking experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects across engineering, operations, and risk teams to build stable, scalable systems.
• Define the technical architecture and user experience for our Treasury product suite.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations to ship thoughtful, secure features.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence and product ownership.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Haskell or other languages with strong static typing or functional programming paradigms.
• Deep domain knowledge of broker-dealer trading, custody systems, equities, fixed income, and ETFs.
• Proven track record as a technical lead for complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to make and articulate architectural trade-offs and technical decisions.
