Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable backend services using Rust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for consumer-facing products.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of critical systems.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer, with significant experience in Rust.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and message queues.
• Solid grasp of software development best practices, testing, and deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, or financial services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Contributions to open-source projects, especially in Rust.
