• Respond to and investigate security incidents, providing timely resolution and post-mortem analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers on secure coding practices and security principles.
• Stay current with emerging security threats, technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a dedicated focus on security.
• Strong understanding of security principles, common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10), and attack vectors.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C#).
• Experience with cloud security concepts and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies (e.g., SAST, DAST, WAF, SIEM).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
