About the Role

Join our innovative team as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in backend systems within our Product Platform Zone. You will be instrumental in designing and building the robust, scalable services that power our core products and enable seamless experiences for our users.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and operational excellence of platform components.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and drive best practices in software development.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Node.js).
• Extensive experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience with distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with message queuing systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Prior experience in a product platform or API-focused team.
