About the Role

Join Zapier's Agents Team to build Zapier Agents, a transformative AI-powered automation assistant. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a frontend leaning, you'll evolve this powerful prototype into an intuitive, reliable, and production-scale experience, working at the exciting intersection of AI, automation, and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build features enabling users to delegate tasks and orchestrate workflows using natural language.
• Contribute to backend systems managing agent memory, reasoning, execution, and system integrations.
• Develop and refine user-facing features and interfaces for initiating, monitoring, and guiding agent behavior.
• Collaborate with AI and platform teams to integrate LLM-native workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend expertise.
• Ability to design and build intuitive, reliable, and scalable user experiences.
• Experience or strong interest in AI/ML concepts, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Collaborative mindset, working effectively with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams.
