About the Role

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will act as a strategic advisor at the intersection of revenue, product, and customer success, shaping high-stakes deals and driving long-term value for our enterprise clients. This role offers the unique opportunity to influence product strategy while mentoring peers and building scalable playbooks to elevate the entire team.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and business discovery to align our platform with customer ROI, operational efficiency, and revenue goals.
• Co-own complex deals with Account Executives, navigating buying committees and mitigating evaluation risk through deep cross-functional engagement.
• Design and execute POC-based trials that validate business impact and accelerate decision-making.
• Architect scalable, secure integrations using REST APIs, CRMs, and marketing automation tools to optimize the customer's GTM stack.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps and GTM strategy.
• Mentor peers, build internal enablement assets, and develop repeatable playbooks to scale team performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Success within a SaaS environment.
• 4+ years of demonstrated success selling to Enterprise-level accounts.
• Strong technical proficiency with REST APIs, CRMs, data pipelines, and marketing automation platforms.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven ability to operate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• An AI-native mindset with a track record of using technology to solve problems and work smarter.
