Senior Solutions Engineer

Join our high-growth Enterprise Solutions Engineering team to serve as a key technical expert, helping customers succeed by demonstrating the value of our observability stack. Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to prospective and existing customers.
• Lead technical engagements, including product demonstrations, technical evaluations, and hands-on enablement sessions.
• Act as a primary feedback loop between customers and our internal Product Management and Engineering teams to influence product direction.
• Create high-quality technical content, including documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally within the metrics, monitoring, or open-source technology space.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical advantages to diverse audiences.
• Strong judgment and leadership capabilities to navigate the varied and complex demands of a high-growth startup environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively and collaborate within a distributed, remote-first, international team.

• Experience with observability platforms or monitoring tools.
• Background in software engineering or completion of technical coding bootcamps.
