About the Role
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be a strategic technical advisor and trusted partner to our Enterprise sales team and customers. You'll elevate sales efficiency and customer engagement by delivering deep technical expertise, tailored demonstrations, and customer-specific insights throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic technical advisor and trusted partner to Enterprise sales teams and customers.
- Elevate sales efficiency and customer engagement through deep technical expertise, tailored demos, and customer-specific insights.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to craft solutions that align capabilities with customer challenges and goals.
- Navigate complex requirements, influence technical stakeholders, and clearly articulate value from discovery to close.
- Help qualify opportunities, define technical success criteria, and drive alignment within deals.
- Identify opportunities and demonstrate foresight.
Requirements
- Proven ability to act as a strategic technical advisor and trusted partner.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering deep technical insights and tailored product demonstrations.
- Experience in crafting solutions that address complex customer challenges.
- Strong skills in navigating complex technical requirements and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly articulate value throughout the sales cycle.
- Aptitude for qualifying opportunities and defining technical success criteria.
- Requires agility and foresight in identifying opportunities.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
Work Arrangement
- This is a remote position open to candidates in the United States and Canada.
