Responsibilities

• Partner closely with customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure long-term success.
• Deeply understand customer strategic objectives and technical requirements.
• Architect and demonstrate innovative solutions that deliver meaningful business value.
• Champion the voice of customers, understanding market trends, and influencing product direction.
• Inspire customers by illustrating the full capabilities of the Webflow platform.
• Articulate Webflow's differentiated story to align with customer business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role, ideally at a senior level.
• Strong ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Expertise in architecting and demonstrating innovative software solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to inspire and educate customers.
• Ability to advocate for customer needs internally and influence product strategy.
• Comfortable with remote work, with availability for an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA.
