About the Role

Join Webflow's Solutions Engineering team as a Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise, and play a pivotal role in empowering our customers. You will inspire them by showcasing the transformative potential of our Website Experience Platform (WXP) and demonstrating how our innovative solutions help them achieve their strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with enterprise customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure long-term mutual success.
• Deeply understand customer strategic objectives and technical requirements.
• Architect and demonstrate innovative solutions that unlock meaningful business value using the Webflow platform.
• Champion the voice of customers by understanding market trends and influencing product direction.
• Articulate Webflow's differentiated story, highlighting how our solution addresses customer business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally within an enterprise context.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and architect effective solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of inspiring customers and articulating business value.
• Ability to understand market trends and advocate for customer needs internally.
• Experience with web development platforms, content management systems, or similar technologies is highly desirable.

Work Arrangement

• This is a remote-first position, open to candidates in the United States, British Columbia, and Ontario, Canada.
• An in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA, will be required.
