Senior Solutions Engineer

About the Role

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Grafana Labs, you will be the customer-facing product expert driving worldwide growth by educating potential and existing clients to ensure their success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own technical engagements with customers to help close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge and technical skill.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• First-class written and oral communication skills for collaborating with remote-first internal teams and worldwide customers.
• Strong passion for solving technical challenges and bringing creative solutions to customers.
• Must be located in Sweden.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with open-source technologies or in the metrics and monitoring space.
• Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
