About the Role

Join our Solutions Engineering team as a Senior Solutions Engineer, serving as the critical link between our innovative technology, sales, and customers. In this exciting role, you'll leverage your expertise to educate and enable customers, directly contributing to our global growth and ensuring their success with Grafana Labs solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers, applying advanced competitive knowledge and technical skill to help close complex opportunities.
• Deliver impactful product and technical presentations to both potential and existing customers.
• Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams, providing crucial feedback on our products and the competitive landscape.
• Drive product conversations by understanding customer needs and problems, and translating them into solutions.
• Contribute to team enablement by enhancing documentation, writing blog posts, recording videos, and creating knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage various and complex assignments, demonstrating strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership.
• First-class written and oral communication skills, adept at articulating complex technical advantages and value propositions to diverse audiences.
• A passion for solving technical challenges and a track record of bringing creative solutions to customers.
• A strong technical mindset and a desire for continuous technical growth.
• Must be located in Switzerland.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Open Source technologies.
• Familiarity with Metrics, Monitoring, Logs, or Tracing (Observability) solutions.
