Senior Staff Engineer, Ads Privacy

About the Role

Join our rapidly growing Ads Privacy team as a Senior Staff Engineer to define the technical vision for critical, cross-organizational initiatives, enabling responsible growth and maximizing data utility while centralizing user privacy.

Responsibilities

• Understand and audit the current state of privacy in Ads, and architect solutions for critical initiatives.
• Collaborate with partner teams (e.g., Security, Legal, Infrastructure) to deliver large-scale systems that accelerate the Ads organization, reduce regulatory risk, and maintain user trust.
• Formulate and drive the long-term technical vision and strategy for Ads Privacy.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Ads and Privacy engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive technical vision for widespread, cross-organizational initiatives.
• Exceptional talent for listening, understanding, and aligning diverse stakeholders with varying priorities.
• Proven skill in bringing clarity and consensus to complex, multi-team challenges.
