About the Role

Join our Ads Targeting team as a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement advanced ML systems. You will lead the mission to automate targeting, delivering the most relevant audiences to advertisers through innovative, ML-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and execution of ML-based targeting products, including auto-targeting and user lookalikes.
• Drive research direction and technical roadmap for complex projects, leading day-to-day execution and contributing significantly to team vision and strategy.
• Act as a thought leader, collaborating closely with product managers and cross-functional partners to develop and prioritize the roadmap based on data analysis and industry research.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing, building, and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and drive technical roadmaps.
• Deep expertise in machine learning, particularly in areas relevant to ads targeting, contextual, and behavioral targeting.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with product and cross-functional teams.
