Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for complex features integrating Artificial Intelligence, from concept exploration to final implementation.
• Establish and champion the design vision and strategy for AI product areas, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and user needs.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes, user flows, and detailed design specifications for engineering teams.
• Conduct rigorous user research and usability testing specifically focused on AI interactions, trust, and transparency.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to other designers, elevating the overall quality of design output across the organization.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience (8+ years preferred) as a Product Designer, with significant experience designing complex systems or AI/ML-powered features.
• A portfolio demonstrating mastery in interaction design, visual design, and strategic product thinking, especially concerning novel technology integration.
• Proven ability to drive design decisions through data, user feedback, and a deep understanding of technical constraints.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design rationale to executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience designing for security, privacy, or enterprise software products.
• Familiarity with the technical underpinnings of modern AI/LLM applications.
