Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner for Pigment (our FP&A tool), managing system setup, building new models, and continuously improving existing structures.
• Act as the team's go-to expert on Pigment, driving the adoption of new use cases and ensuring data quality.
• Develop and maintain scalable financial models and reporting structures to enable better decision-making.
• Support financial reporting processes and provide insightful ad hoc analysis to cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a strategic finance or FP&A role, demonstrating strong analytical capabilities.
• Expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools, with a focus on system ownership, model building, and data quality (e.g., Pigment or similar platforms).
• Ability to build and maintain complex financial models and reporting structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system and process improvement.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, full-time capacity from Canada or the United States.
