Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the Role

Circle is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking an experienced, full-cycle Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to significantly elevate our outbound sourcing strategy and hiring quality across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the full talent sourcing lifecycle, including outbound prospecting, screening, pipeline management, and candidate communication.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, design effective interview plans, and guide hiring decisions.
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent using customized, high-yield outreach approaches.
• Develop and implement robust sourcing processes, cadences, and build talent pipelines for critical future hiring needs.
• Manage candidate data and track sourcing success metrics (conversion rates) within the Greenhouse ATS.
• Coordinate and schedule all interviews, providing a high-touch candidate experience in the absence of dedicated recruiting coordinators.
• Support talent branding initiatives across various platforms and job boards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle global recruiting, with a background heavily rooted in the tech/SaaS industry.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, ideally having come up through dedicated sourcing roles, mastering best practices, tools, and playbooks.
• High proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Exceptional ability to prospect new candidates through networking and strategize effective outbound recruiting efforts for passive talent.
• Strong organizational skills, a focus on accuracy, and keen attention to detail in candidate evaluation.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency (CEFR C2 / ILR 5).
• Must align strongly with company values and thrive in a highly asynchronous, remote work environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience utilizing AI tools for sourcing or within the Talent Acquisition function.
• Hands-on experience with the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prior experience recruiting for senior-level roles (Director level and above).
• Experience working within a startup environment or a fully remote company structure.
