Responsibilities

• Lead candidate experience and recruitment for global Revenue roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create and maintain candidate scorecards
• Develop a deep understanding of the Deel product and team member requirements
• Refine interview processes to optimize for efficiency and an excellent candidate experience
• Partner with management and leadership to develop internal and external sourcing strategies
• Ensure the maintenance of Deel's incredible culture and adherence to key principles

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting across Revenue roles (e.g., Account Executive, Sales Development) within a hypergrowth company
• Track record of hiring top talent quickly in an ambitious recruitment function
• Ability to confidently handle complex candidate questions regarding compensation, equity, and immigration
• Strong data, analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail
• Natural communicator, capable of engaging audiences effortlessly in presentations and discussions
• Experience leveraging data to enhance process efficiency
