Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical enablement programs and curricula.
• Equip internal technical teams with the knowledge and skills needed for product understanding and implementation success.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to identify enablement needs and create relevant content.
• Maintain and update existing training materials to reflect product updates and market changes.
• Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical enablement, technical training, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and sales processes.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and instructional design skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, digestible training content.
• Experience working with technical teams (e.g., Solutions Engineers, Professional Services).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and enablement tools.
• Certification in instructional design or adult learning principles.
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., video editing, graphic design).
