Senior Technical Program Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs that unlock growth and reliability in China and international markets. You will play a pivotal role in aligning engineering teams, managing complex dependencies, and ensuring our products deliver seamless, localized experiences for users worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track delivery status across multiple teams, managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Facilitate effective decision-making and ensure consistency in planning and documentation to maintain healthy velocity.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives, including compliance and data-residency programs.
• Drive Agile delivery practices and leverage AI agents to streamline workflows and improve team productivity.
• Collaborate with regional teams to integrate local payment and platform solutions, ensuring a truly local product experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a complex, established organization.
• Deep understanding of Agile product development processes and experience working directly with engineers and product managers.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to discuss trade-offs and identify risks in R&D and AI-focused projects.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on building cross-functional partnerships and driving alignment.

• Experience with cross-border technical initiatives and international market expansion.
• Familiarity with Jira and modern delivery reporting tools.
