Senior Technical Program Manager, Product Security

About the Role

This Senior Technical Program Manager role is crucial for steering high-impact product security initiatives, translating strategy into results, and ensuring secure software delivery across the industry. You will be a key partner to engineering, product, and security teams, driving alignment and execution in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Help break down big ideas and complex problems into well-scoped, achievable plans.
• Translate vision into shared goals across teams and keep efforts focused and moving forward.
• Own delivery from kickoff through launch, tracking progress, managing risk, and ensuring confident shipping.
• Keep stakeholders informed, flag blockers early, and use data to guide tough decisions.
• Work across engineering, product, security, and leadership to maintain team alignment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs in high-growth or technical environments.
• Technical fluency, demonstrated through a Computer Science degree or extensive real-world experience with engineering teams.
• Experience working with product security teams, connecting them with engineering for seamless collaboration on complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum execution, including facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ability to act as Scrum Master to prioritize security work, remove blockers, and drive predictable delivery.
• Skill in influencing without authority and bringing structure without unnecessary bureaucracy.
