Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)

About the Role

Join Grafana Labs, an open-source powerhouse, as a Senior Technical Recruiter on an initial 6-month contract to drive critical hiring for our R&D teams.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment processes, from initial engagement to offer generation.
• Deeply understand hiring requirements, organizational structure, and team dynamics with R&D leaders.
• Engage proactively with passive and active technical talent internationally.
• Consistently achieve a hiring target of 5 external candidates per month.
• Support the talent acquisition team on various hiring needs across GTM and R&D roles as necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically supporting senior leaders with technical hiring in the SaaS/Tech space.
• Demonstrated ability to build and leverage a network of engineering professionals.
• Strong sourcing expertise, confident in engaging passive candidates using networks and technical knowledge.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-paced, remote-first environment, managing communication across different time zones.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Must be available to work on a 6-month contract position, targeting the Eastern Time Zone (EST).

Role Context

• This is a 100% remote role, reporting to a manager based in Amsterdam.
• You will be joining a scaling organization built on open-source values, transparency, and autonomy.
• The role requires readiness to start in January with delivery expected by February.
