Senior Technical Recruiting Sourcer (Contract)

About the Role

Join Grafana Labs, an open-source powerhouse, as a Senior Technical Recruiting Sourcer on an initial 6-month contract to build high-quality, diverse pipelines for critical Engineering and Product roles globally.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and execution for all Engineering and Product positions, including Backend, Frontend, SRE, Infrastructure, and Product Management roles.
• Identify, research, and engage passive candidates across global markets using advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, open-source platforms).
• Craft tailored outreach messaging that resonates with technical candidates and accurately represents Grafana Labs’ culture and mission.
• Maintain proactive, diverse pipelines while providing regular updates on activity, insights, and market trends to recruiters and hiring leaders.
• Conduct initial sourcing screens to validate technical alignment, interest level, and candidate expectations before passing to recruiters.
• Act as a subject matter expert on sourcing best practices within Engineering and Product domains.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Sourcer dedicated to technical, engineering, or product pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to source for a wide range of technical roles (Backend, Frontend, SRE, Infrastructure, Platform, DevOps, Product Management).
• Strong understanding of technical stacks, engineering disciplines, and how they fit into modern SaaS/Tech organizations.
• Expertise in passive sourcing, competitive research, talent mapping, and pipeline development.
• Experience partnering with senior technical stakeholders to influence and refine sourcing strategies.
• Must be based in the UK or Netherlands and available for an initial 6-month contract.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced sourcing tools/platforms.
• Experience working effectively in a remote-first, global environment across multiple time zones.
