Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or software engineering
  • Strong background in cloud computing, observability, or monitoring tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Snowflake data cloud architecture
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Go
  • Experience with distributed systems
