About the Role

Join Kraken's dynamic EMEA Finance team as a Senior Treasury Operations Analyst, playing a pivotal role in managing our global treasury functions from a remote setting within Europe. Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positions, liquidity, and foreign exchange exposures across EMEA entities.
• Execute and monitor payment processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Maintain and optimize banking relationships, including account management and service level agreements.
• Support treasury reporting, forecasting, and analysis for senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance treasury operations and controls.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or corporate finance, preferably within a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong understanding of payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments) and banking protocols.
• Proven ability to manage liquidity, foreign exchange, and cash flow forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and financial software.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Professional certifications such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of EMEA financial regulations and market practices.
