About the Role

Join us as a Session Lead to mentor teenagers in Egypt, guiding them through their Computer Fundamentals Nanodegree journey and igniting their passion for technology. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of tech talent through an immersive, blended-learning program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging weekly virtual sessions, incorporating group work, activities, and short lectures.
• Provide world-class technical support and guidance to students throughout their Nanodegree journey.
• Respond to technical questions and proactively check in with students to monitor their progress.
• Foster an exciting and supportive learning environment for young students.

Requirements

• Demonstrated passion, patience, energy, and empathy for interacting with young students and inspiring their interest in technology.
• Proven experience in teaching technical concepts and public speaking.
• Prior experience working effectively with teenagers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to lead and manage a group of students.
• A solid understanding of Computer Fundamentals relevant to the Nanodegree curriculum.
