SMB Account Executive

About the Role

Join 1Password as an SMB Account Executive, a remote role based in the UK, where you will drive new business and growth within the EMEA market, contributing to a safer digital future for millions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of target accounts and an existing book of business with companies up to 1,000 employees.
• Focus on hunting new business opportunities and building sales pipeline within the SMB sector.
• Drive growth by upselling into the existing account base, leveraging our Extended Access Management platform.
• Own and develop a specific geographical region or country within the EMEA market.

Requirements

• 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security, with a focus on SMB or Mid-Market accounts.
• Alternatively, a top-performing BDR with strong outbound experience ready to step into an Account Executive role.
• Demonstrated experience owning a geographical territory or country within EMEA.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
