About the Role

Join our dynamic marketing team as a Social Media Manager, where you'll be instrumental in shaping our brand voice and engaging a global audience in the exciting and rapidly evolving world of cryptocurrency. This is a full-time, remote position based in Europe, specifically the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand objectives.
• Create compelling and engaging content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to crypto industry best practices.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and community sentiment, actively participating in conversations and responding to inquiries.
• Analyze social media performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including content, product, and support, to ensure a unified brand message and effective campaign execution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, platforms, and industry developments, especially within the crypto and blockchain space.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management, preferably within the tech, finance, or cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit) and their respective best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging copy and adapt tone for different audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• A genuine interest in and foundational knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills for content creation.
• Experience with community management and fostering online engagement.
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in European languages.
