Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain highly reliable and scalable software systems for Reddit's advertising platform.
- Contribute to the evolution of machine learning serving architectures, optimizing performance for ads-related models.
- Build and enhance critical attribution systems, identity solutions, and advertiser experimentation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and improve platform usability and data insights.
- Develop tools and libraries for model velocity, observability, and quality gating.
Requirements
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance software systems.
- Understanding of distributed systems and large-scale data processing concepts.
- Ability to contribute to complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with machine learning infrastructure or data platforms is beneficial.
About the Teams & Work Arrangement
As a Software Engineer on the Ads team, you could be contributing to one of several critical areas, including the Ads ML Serving Team (focused on scalable ML serving infrastructure, performance optimization, and model velocity tools) or the Attribution & Identity Team (building products for campaign measurement, identity solutions, and advertiser experimentation).
This is a remote position based in Ontario, Canada. Reddit supports a flexible workforce, allowing you to work remotely or utilize our physical office locations if convenient.
