Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services and APIs using Rust.
• Ensure the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security for critical systems.
• Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and other engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing system performance and stability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices for Rust development.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in backend software development with a strong focus on Rust.
• Deep understanding of concurrent programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis) and data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in the FinTech, cryptocurrency, or high-frequency trading industries.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
