Software Engineer, Growth

About the Role

Join our Growth Engineering team to build impactful onboarding experiences and product features that help customers realize value quickly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and long-term engagement through experimentation and high-quality software development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features that improve user onboarding, product adoption, and long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Operations to turn insights into measurable customer outcomes.
• Build and run experiments to validate product ideas and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Deliver well-tested, maintainable, and performant code while participating in technical discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in building modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or feature flagging.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
• Experience using customer data to inform product decisions.
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or the fleet management industry.
