About the Role

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems that handle millions of transactions.
• Collaborate proactively with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical solutions and manage system trade-offs.
• Balance rapid feature delivery with high-quality, extensible code and system stability.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure the reliability of our repayment services.

Requirements

• Professional or internship experience in designing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to collaborative code reviews and team growth.
