About the Role

Responsibilities

• Break down complex projects into actionable tasks and deliver them in iterative phases.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics teams to define technical constraints and trade-offs.
• Maintain system availability through monitoring, metrics, and participation in on-call rotations.
• Contribute to team growth by participating in code reviews and the engineering interview process.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency in Python or Kotlin with a focus on designing and launching backend systems.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and MySQL.
• Ability to write clean, well-tested, and extensible code that interacts with multiple software components.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to seeking feedback and taking ownership of professional growth.
