Responsibilities

• Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
• Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
• Work effectively within a dedicated product team.
• Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
• Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.

Requirements

• Proven experience working on iOS products that have scaled to a large user base.
• Track record of taking products from inception to significant traction, with engineering responsibility.
• Strong customer obsession and focus on providing the best user experience.
• Product thinking ability, making thoughtful decisions about product evolution.
• Ability to work quickly and make decisions on what to ship and when.
• High level of focus, especially in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Proficiency in Swift Programming Language.
• Experience with SwiftUI.
• Experience in Multithreading Programming.
• Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure.
• Experience with Fastlane.
• Deep understanding and ability to apply SOLID principles.
• Experience with Git and understanding of different Git strategies.
