Lead the Ad Creative Management team as a product-focused full-stack engineering leader, empowering advertisers to effortlessly strategize, create, and launch optimized ad creatives. This remote role, open to candidates in the United States, drives innovation, including the application of generative AI, to enhance ad performance and advertiser productivity.

Responsibilities

• Build products to acquire, create, launch, and optimize creatives and assets for advertisers.
• Deliver an intuitive user experience for advertisers to efficiently build ads.
• Apply the latest technologies, including generative AI, to solve customer problems and increase ad performance and advertiser productivity.
• Drive the Ad Creative Management team forward, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple teams and organizations to ensure success for our customers and business.

• Proven experience as a product-focused full-stack engineering leader.
• Demonstrated ability to drive engineering teams and product development.
• Strong collaboration skills, eager to work across various teams and organizations.
• Experience with or a strong interest in applying advanced technologies like generative AI.
• Solid understanding of full-stack product development principles and practices.

The Ad Creative Management (ACM) team tackles one of the most critical challenges for advertisers: creating effective ad campaigns. ACM builds the foundational tools and user experiences for handling diverse ad assets, such as images, videos, and headlines. The team is at the forefront of investing in advanced tools, including generative AI, to significantly improve ad performance and enhance advertiser productivity. We are a full-stack team, leading the product development that powers a core pillar of our business.
