About the Role

Join our Sales team as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise at Zapier to define and oversee large-scale, high-complexity technical solutions that transform our enterprise customers. As a senior leader, you'll leverage Zapier's market leadership to significantly expand our impact through technical consulting, solution development, and direct sales collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee high-complexity, organization-wide technical solutions for enterprise clients through a consultative approach.
• Partner with customer executives to advise on automation strategies, presenting insightful and impactful solutions.
• Drive industry-specific initiatives and develop scalable frameworks for enterprise offerings.
• Help set the strategic vision for the Solutions Architecture team, mentoring L2-L4 architects and establishing technical standards.
• Oversee multiple technical initiatives and allocate resources to deliver on strategic priorities.
• Educate customers as a trusted advisor on automation workflows and integration efforts.
• Consult with top product and engineering leaders on how Zapier can help achieve major business goals.
• Bring accounts to technical close by navigating complex sales and designing joint integration architectures with customer engineering teams.
• Help buyers understand how Zapier can fit seamlessly into their existing technical stack.
• Gather and prioritize feedback from prospective customers to influence the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Growth, Engineering, and Product teams for smooth deployments and customer success.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and overseeing complex technical solutions for enterprise-level clients.
• Strong technical acumen combined with consultative selling approach.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-party sales processes.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Leadership potential or experience, including mentoring technical team members.
