About the Role

Lead a dynamic team of Solutions Consultants, driving successful client engagements and bridging the gap between complex technical solutions and business needs. This fully remote position, open to candidates across the USA, offers a unique opportunity to shape our pre-sales strategy and contribute directly to client success.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Consultants, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
• Oversee the pre-sales process, including discovery, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution design for prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements and product capabilities.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing deep insights into our platform's functionality and value proposition.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions consulting methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management position, guiding and developing a team.
• Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise software sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with CRM, ERP, or fleet management software solutions.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
