About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer at Grafana Labs, you will be the customer-facing product expert bridging the gap between customers, sales, and engineering to drive global growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy
- Own technical engagements with customers to help close complex opportunities through advanced product knowledge
- Deliver engaging product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs, challenges, and feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
- First-class written and oral communication skills for remote collaboration
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a desire to grow technically
- Must be located in France
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Open Source technologies or in the metrics and monitoring space
- Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC
