Solutions Engineer

About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer at Grafana Labs, you will act as the crucial bridge between our customers, sales team, and engineering experts to drive worldwide growth and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy
• Own technical engagements with customers to help close complex opportunities through advanced product knowledge
• Deliver engaging product and technical presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing customers
• Provide valuable customer feedback to internal product management and engineering teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• First-class written and oral communication skills for collaborating with remote-first teams and worldwide customers
• Strong technical mindset with a passion for solving challenges and bringing creative solutions
• Must be located in the United Kingdom

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with open-source technologies or in the metrics and monitoring space
• Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC
