Solutions Engineer

Join our enterprising team as a Solutions Engineer to drive Paddle's ambitious growth in the US, enabling leading software vendors to build incredible customer experiences through expert technical consulting and project management. This foundational role offers the chance to make a significant impact within our Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on the Paddle product suite, including the checkout, dashboard, and APIs.
- Communicate confidently with C-suite and senior developers to support them in building incredible experiences for their customers.
- Write integration plans and sample code for sellers to assist them in implementing their own Paddle integration.
- Support and empower Account Executives on customer calls to help win new business.
- Work with Customer Success Managers to help our customers onboard and launch smoothly.
- Play a role in product development by communicating issues and feature requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar technical consulting role, with a strong preference for SaaS or Payments industry experience.
- Strong technical consulting and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with both technical (senior developers) and non-technical (C-suite) stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and smart approach to problem-solving.

You will join an enterprising, foundational team focused on expanding Paddle’s footprint in the US. This role involves providing white-glove treatment to our US accounts, working collaboratively across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive growth.
