About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving early business development, partner onboarding, and solution delivery for Mozilla.ai's innovative agent platform. This exciting hybrid role blends business development, partnerships, and solution engineering, empowering you to bridge user needs with cutting-edge AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a pipeline of design partners and strategic customers.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for early partners, ensuring smooth pilot rollouts.
• Translate partner needs into clearly scoped solutions using our platform.
• Provide valuable insights to inform product and Go-to-Market strategy.
• Identify, engage, and qualify prospective partners and early customers.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover domain challenges and workflows.
• Cultivate relationships with champions to drive adoption within their organizations.
• Scope, design, and coordinate the implementation of initial use cases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners.

Requirements

• Proven ability to thrive in both customer-facing conversations and hands-on problem-solving environments.
• Strong capability to translate complex user pain points into clear, actionable solutions and business opportunities.
• Experience in business development, partnerships, or solution engineering, preferably in an early-stage or high-growth environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
