Solutions Engineer SMB

About the Role

Join our Solutions Engineering team as an SMB Solutions Engineer, where you'll be a vital technical advisor, directly contributing to revenue growth and accelerating deal velocity for 1Password. This remote role supports our Go-to-Market efforts across the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for Small and Medium Business (SMB) customers, guiding them through the sales cycle.
• Drive revenue growth, improve win rates, and accelerate deal velocity through strategic technical guidance and product demonstrations.
• Serve as a product expert for sales teams and customers, leading technical discussions and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Support teams to create resources, provide training, and enhance product understanding.
• Partner with sales representatives to understand customer needs and present tailored 1Password solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar technical pre-sales role, ideally within the SMB segment.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and articulate complex product features and benefits (e.g., cybersecurity, identity and access management).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with sales teams to achieve business objectives.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
