Solutions Engineer

About the Role

Join our Engineering team as a Solutions Engineer to build the crucial technical bridge between customer needs and our platform's capabilities. This is an exciting builder role where you'll architect and implement custom solutions, directly impacting how healthcare providers leverage our EMR platform, all while contributing to the evolution of our developer tools and SDK. This is a full-time, remote position, with the option to work from San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities

• Transform customer requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions that push the boundaries of our platform.
• Architect and implement custom solutions using the Canvas SDK.
• Build reusable plugins and integrations to extend platform capabilities.
• Partner closely with Solutions Consultants to rapidly prototype, validate technical approaches, and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our developer tools and SDK.
