Sr. Director, MSP GTM

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Director, MSP GTM, where you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our strategy to drive significant growth through Managed Service Provider partnerships across the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the end-to-end Go-to-Market strategy for our Managed Service Provider (MSP) channel, focusing on acquisition, enablement, and retention.
• Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with key MSP partners, ensuring mutual success and alignment with company objectives.
• Drive revenue growth and market share by developing innovative programs, incentives, and sales enablement tools tailored for the MSP ecosystem.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure a cohesive and effective MSP partner experience.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner performance to identify new opportunities and optimize GTM initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team focused on MSP channel development and success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in channel sales, business development, or Go-to-Market roles, with a significant focus on Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
• Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing successful MSP programs and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of the MSP business model, challenges, and opportunities, particularly within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
• Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a distributed team.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives and technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with identity and access management (IAM) or cybersecurity solutions.
• Familiarity with the 1Password product or similar security solutions.
• Existing network within the North American MSP community.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

Work Arrangement

• This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located in the United States or Canada.
